Its been a busy year for Little Dog Barking with an even busier time still to come. The company has just completed a very successful season of Duck, Death and the Tulip at The Christchurch Arts Festival with additional performances being scheduled and sold out.

Currently the team is playing kindergartens in the greater Wellington region before getting ready for the school holidays with performances of Duck, Death and the Tulip in Lower Hutt at the Little Theatre, and performances of Lets Make a Puppet – Lets tell a Story at the Kapiti Playhouse and Expressions Theatre in Upper Hutt. There will also be a special performance of Lets Make a Puppet – Lets Tell a Story at Capital E Central which will also include a workshop by the puppeteers Kenny King and Rachel Baker.

Then it’s off to the United Kingdom with more performances of Duck, Death and the Tulip and, on the way home, a season at the 14th Asian Puppet Festival in Guangzhou, China.

Getting back from overseas, the company will go into workshop for its new production of Pamela Allen’s Black Dog and more performances of Lets make a puppet – Lets Tell a Story.
